The atmosphere of this dealership is extraordinary, my sales rep Josh was the man. Incredibly helpful, honest and down to earth. Never felt pressured, forced or coerced into anything. Didn't even feel like I was at a car dealership, just chatting it up with a friend. Sales 101. Absolutely professional and welcoming, Josh was able to work magic with my monthly price and even threw in a 2 year warranty for a USED car. The entire environment was not your typical "car dealership" (Having worked at one years ago myself). Everyone made me feel comfortable and happy with my decision. Josh consistently provides assistance to me regarding oil changes and other automotive maintenance needs. His reliability and expertise are truly commendable.
The customer service was excellent, they were always very friendly, professional, and informative. When I went to pick up my car and pay for the repairs I needed, my bank kept flagging the payment and denying it. Even though it was the end of the day, my service advisor Emily stayed late to help me while I sorted out issues with the bank so I could leave with my car, and she never seemed irritated or upset. She went above and beyond to help me and I’m very appreciative of her and the entire team!

Amazing experience! Josh Singleton took care of us. I drove from Houston to CS because of a car that interested me online. Josh followed up with me the days leading up to my visit. He made the experience super smooth. Honestly did not expect to leave with a new car that day. No hassle, just the best deal he could work out up front with no back and forth. Also worth noting that it was his day off, but he went in to ensure I was satisfied.

It was a great car buying experience! We were immediately greated at the door by Mr. Kidd. He was patient with us and our kiddos. While we waited they brought us water and snacks. We took our kiddos home for the evening and I was able to come back and sign everything the next morning. They had the car and paperwork all ready for me. They followed up after the sale to ensure I didn’t need any help with the car’s technology, etc. The finance gentleman, Michael, was very kind and took time to explain all of the warranty and paperwork too. Great experience with a local dealership. It made me happy we spent our money locally.
